Make or buy is a consideration almost forced upon highly technological, Western producers. The direct method of purchasing in so-called cheap labour countries is a difficult one and often without reward because technical standards may not have been maintained, and the risk is great due to the fact that the legal situation often prevents claims being successfully challenged.

For many years now we have been transfering production capacity into Eastern Europe.
